12 Week TransformationOur 12 Week Transformation is yet another aspect of Peak Balance Family Wellness that sets us apart from the average chiropractor. Our twelve-week transformation is through MovewellUniversity and focuses on corrective posture and functional movement. With the twelve-week transformation, you will receive a journal to track your progress, multiple tools to assist you with your exercises, as well as a login to MoveNow containing the video in case you ever forget how to perform an exercise. The twelve-week transformation works on a “belt system” of functional movement. You will start off with a white belt and progress through the levels of movement to attain the black belt. It is also broken down into different body parts based on the movement assessment to give you your own personal exercise plan based on your specific needs. Our Exercise specialist will work with you one on one to meet your function movement goals!
